After an amazing day filled with cooking, culture, laughter, and community connection, we are excited to bring back our **Youth Cooking Experience!** 🎉❤️

Last year, our young chefs had an unforgettable experience learning how to cook traditional dishes, exploring the journey from **garden to table**, and building confidence through hands-on activities. 🌿🍲

This year, youth will once again have the opportunity to **learn cooking skills, prepare delicious meals, and celebrate cultural traditions** with guidance from community members. 👩‍🍳✨

But the fun does not stop in the kitchen! We invite families, friends, and community members to come support our youth, taste the food they prepare, and celebrate their hard work. ❤️

🏆⚽ **Champions of the 2026 Refugees & Immigrants Week Youth Soccer Tournament!** ⚽🏆

What an incredible day of soccer, community, and celebration!

Congratulations to **Evergreen FC** for winning the championship with a **2–0 victory** in an exciting final match. Both teams played with determination, teamwork, and outstanding sportsmanship from start to finish.

We are especially proud of **Knight FC**. Your resilience, commitment, and passion carried you all the way to the finals, and you represented your community with pride. Congratulations on an amazing tournament!

We were also honored to welcome the **Mayor of SeaTac Mohamed Egal ** to the championship game. His words of encouragement to our young athletes and his commitment to supporting youth sports and creating more opportunities for our teams made the day even more meaningful. We are grateful for the City's partnership and look forward to an even brighter future, with stronger support and more opportunities for refugee and immigrant youth to thrive both on and off the field.

A heartfelt thank you to every player, coach, volunteer, sponsor, family member, and community supporter who made this tournament a success. Together, we celebrated more than soccer—we celebrated unity, leadership, resilience, and the incredible potential of our young people.

The journey has been incredible, and the stage is now set for the **2026 Refugees & Immigrants Week Youth Soccer Tournament Finals!**

After weeks of determination, teamwork, and unforgettable matches, our young athletes have battled their way to the championship. Every game has showcased resilience, sportsmanship, and the power of bringing communities together through soccer.

This Saturday, **120 youth** will come together to compete for the championship title. Come cheer on these amazing players as they give it their all on the field and celebrate the strength, diversity, and unity of our refugee and immigrant communities.

What an incredible day as we officially kicked off our annual Refugees & Immigrants Week Tournament! 🏆✨ The energy was amazing as teams, families, supporters, and community members came together to celebrate diversity, unity, and the power of sports. From the opening matches to the cheers from the sidelines, the day was filled with excitement, friendship, and unforgettable moments. ⚽🙌🏾💙

This tournament is about so much more than competition. It is a celebration of the many cultures, stories, and journeys that make our community stronger. 🌎🤝 Through sports, we create opportunities for connection, belonging, and mutual understanding while promoting teamwork, leadership, and healthy lifestyles for our youth and families.
