Smofcon 41 program update
* The not-quite-final program grid is up at https://smofcon41.org/program-grid/
* Program Idea form: We have some good panel and presentations planned, but we can still use a few more. You can submit program ideas at https://smofcon41.org/program/ . If there is something you think we should be talking about, let us know!
* Program participant form: We need some basic information in order to put people on panels. We have a form at https://smofcon41.org/program/ to collect basic information.
* Program questionnaire: Program participants can use the form at https://smofcon41.org/program-questionnaire/ to tell us you are interested. This will send a personalized link so you can tell us what you are interested in. You need to submit the program participant form first, since we’ll need to know who you are before we can send you a personalized link. You can update this page just by using the link again.
(If you submit the questionnaire request and don’t get a personalized link sent in email, please let us know at [email protected] )
* We have the membership list online at https://smofcon41.org/membership-list/ . This is a list from our registration system of members who’ve agreed to have their names listed. If you’re not shown here, and you would like to be added, let us know at [email protected] and we can add your name manually to the page.
* Convention bid questionnaire: We have an online form where people bidding for upcoming Worldcons, NASFiCs, or Smofcons can share information about their group and plans with our membership. The form is online at https://smofcon41.org/bids/. (The form is open now; in the next couple of days we’ll have an editing feature where you can come back and change your submission.) Please don’t leave this to the last minute, as there are more than forty questions, based on questions people have asked in the past. (You’re not required to answer every question, just share whatever information you want people to know.)
* It would be very helpful if we could get a volunteer to watch the computer during the Fannish Q&A, which is scheduled for Saturday at 2:30 PM (Pacific time). We could also use a hand setting up the tech on Friday morning.
