What is the most valuable asset at Coastal Georgia Botanical Gardens? Big, beautiful trees!

Some of the Gardens' oldest trees were started from seed nearly a century ago, when the property served as a federal plant introduction station known locally as the Bamboo Farm. Today, these towering giants provide shade, beauty, wildlife habitat, and a living connection to the Gardens' rich history.

Our mission is to provide financial and human resources to support the Coastal Georgia Botanical Gardens at the Historic Bamboo Farm.
