Sharing this money saving resource! FPL Saving Steps helps income-qualified households reduce energy usage, and manage their bill, rewarding eligible customers with a one-time $200 bill credit.

How does it work?
Income-qualified customers complete a 15-minute energy-saving walkthrough to learn how they can keep bills as low as possible and then complete income verification with the Salvation Army. Customers can get started by visiting FPL.com/SavingSteps. (Please note the credit may take up to 90 days to appear on the account).

Who qualifies?
Residential FPL customers with an active account in FPL's service area
Household income at or below the United Way ALICE threshold for their county
