Over the past 10 days, we’ve shared stories of young adults whose lives were shaped by pivotal moments.

But what made these moments possible?
🧡 A family member who encouraged them
🤝 A volunteer who mentored them
🎓 A donor who made training possible
💼 An employer who gave them a chance

Now, you could be someone's starting point.

Help create the next opportunity today.

When hope builds, careers take shape. 🧡

For Albert, Hope Builders was the opportunity that changed everything. It taught him how to show up, work hard, and build a future he could be proud of.

Today, he’s a journeyman carpenter who has worked on projects like Disney and OCVibe. But his greatest accomplishment is providing for his wife and three kids—and helping others build careers of their own.

One opportunity. An impact that keeps building.

That’s the Hope Builders Effect.

For Noe, a 2013 graduate, Hope Builders opened the door to a career in construction. Today, he’s a Foreman at Swinerton, hiring and mentoring others, including Hope Builders graduates.

A paycheck became stability. Stability created possibility.

And now, Noe is opening doors for others.
