Our new name marks a new chapter for Global Girls Glow — one that reflects how our work has grown and the ripple effect of what happens when girls find their voice.

From one girl and a mentor, to hundreds of GLOW Clubs and girl-led projects creating change in communities around the world, we’ve seen what’s possible when girls have the opportunity to speak up, connect, and lead.

Global Catalyst is a bolder expression of the movement girls are already leading.

For 15 years, we’ve stood beside girls as they found their voice, challenged what was expected of them, and led real change in their own communities — and we realized our name needed to catch up to them.

Today, Global Girls Glow becomes Global Catalyst. We've spent 15 years mentoring girls in some of the world's most underserved communities to find their voice and become confident leaders — and we've ignited the power of more than 100,000 girls so far.

What happens when girls are given the support, mentorship, and resources to turn their ideas into action? 📣

They turn bold ideas into meaningful change in their communities ⚡️

Last week, we celebrated the incredible journeys of Isabella and Samhita, two inspiring young leaders from across the United States, at our U.S. Programs Showcase 🧡🩷

Over the past 10 months, Samhita founded and expanded to help middle school students see themselves as civic leaders through advocacy and technology, while Isabella launched , creating after-school support spaces for Spanish-speaking immigrant students.

Their projects are a powerful reminder that girls aren’t waiting for permission to lead — they’re already creating change in their communities.

Congratulations, Isabella and Samhita! We can’t wait to see where your leadership takes you next 🌟

Sisterhood is at the heart of our signature mentorship program, GLOW Club. In safe, supportive spaces, girls listen to one another, share what matters to them, build confidence in using their voices, and grow in sisterhood.

Today on National , we’re celebrating sisters in every form: the ones we grow up with and the friends, mentors, and fellow girls who become family along the way 🌟
