🌅 MECCA’s Youth Community Access (YCA) program recently spent an evening exploring the beautiful bluffs at Crystal Cove State Park!

Participants joined a guided sunset hike with a Park Interpreter, learning about the plants, wildlife, and coastal ecosystem that make Crystal Cove such a special place. 🌿🌊

YCA creates opportunities for young people to get outdoors, try new experiences, and connect with nature and one another. We’re grateful to everyone who joined us for such a beautiful evening!

Today, we remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and honor the families, first responders, survivors, and communities forever impacted by that day.

As we reflect, we also remember the strength that comes from standing together. Across cultures, faiths, backgrounds, and communities, we are united in our shared humanity and in our hope for a future rooted in compassion, understanding, and care for one another.

MECCA joins communities across our country in remembrance.
