On September 14, 2023, Project Next officially began a new chapter. But the story of how we got here started long before that.

It began with one counselor who helped a student see possibilities she couldn’t yet see for herself. Years later, that student would become our founder and Executive Director, Lisa Stout, and build an organization around a simple belief:

Talent is universal. Opportunity isn’t.

So how did we get from there to Project Next?
