Graduation season is filled with big questions, but it's also filled with moments that remind us how far we've come.

At our Project Next Pinning Ceremony, we celebrated students who have spent the past two years discovering their strengths, exploring possibilities, and preparing for life after high school. Surrounded by family, friends, and supporters, they were recognized for the dedication and growth that have helped bring their futures into focus.

Because clarity isn't about having every detail figured out. It's about having the confidence, tools, and support to take the next step with purpose.

As graduation season approaches, clarity can mean many things: confidence in your next step, pride in how far you've come, and a clearer vision for your future.

Today, we're celebrating three outstanding students who recently received their Project Next pin, a symbol of their hard work, growth, and commitment to preparing for what's next.

Their journeys may look different, but each student is gaining the clarity that comes from exploring opportunities, building connections, and investing in their future.

We're excited to welcome Tiffany English Slipka to the Project Next Board of Directors!

Tiffany is Senior Director of Architecture at Qualcomm and brings decades of leadership experience in architecture, design, planning, and community engagement. Many of our students have already benefited from her expertise through her involvement in helping students design Future Centers that are welcoming, student-centered spaces where young people can explore their futures and build meaningful connections.

Tiffany's passion for mentorship, leadership, and creating opportunities for others aligns perfectly with Project Next's mission. We are thrilled to have her join our Board as we continue expanding our impact across North County.

A Project Next alumna and current Computer Information Systems student at California State University San Marcos, Jaely is already building her career in the tech industry through her role in technology operations and compliance at Scale Capacity. Her journey reflects the power of mentorship, career exploration, and meaningful professional connections, including opportunities she discovered through Project Next.

As a dedicated advocate for students, Jaely has remained actively involved with Project Next as a speaker, mentor, and supporter. She brings a valuable alumni perspective and a passion for helping young people access the opportunities, guidance, and connections that can shape their futures.
