💜💚 THE POWER OF GIVING 💚💜
Over the past three months, our incredible Tennis Serves Others members came together once again to make a difference. Thanks to your generosity, we collected an entire SUV filled to the brim with gently used tennis clothing, racquets, shoes, bags, hats, and equipment for the youth served by KCTA Kern Community Tennis Association 🎾
A very special thank you to Kristi Bailey, who generously volunteered her Saturday to drive several hours each way to personally deliver these donations. Your kindness and dedication embody the heart of Tennis Serves Others. 💜
The impact of your generosity goes far beyond tennis equipment. Jerry Matthews, President of KCTA, shared this beautiful story:
“When the girls came out of the locker room dressed in quality tennis apparel instead of their street clothes, they were tickled to death. You could see the transformation in their faces—that they mattered and that they belonged. These families have no room in their budgets for tennis gear. They never would have had this opportunity without KCTA and Tennis Serves Others.” ❤️
Because of YOU, hundreds of quality tennis items—including clothing, racquets, shoes, hats, and equipment—will soon be placed into the hands of young players who otherwise would not have access to them.
This is why we do what we do. Together, we’re not just collecting tennis gear but building confidence, creating opportunity, and showing young athletes that they matter.
