That's a wrap! Thank you to everyone who came out to our 5 in 5 cleanups ♻ We had a blast meeting all of the incredible people who care about our planet 🌊

Here are some stats on the change that we accomplished together:
🗑 Total Trash Collected: 1,685 lbs (746.3 KG)
⛱ 110 Beach Toys Collected & Donated
👋 Over 500 Attendees

Doheny Beach clean up was a success! 78 lbs of trash picked up and we made some new friends too. Thank you Laurel from CA State Parks for leading the charge at the event and all the volunteers for making a difference. Next weekend wraps up our 5-in-5 Clean Up tour in Ensenada, Mexico with our friends at AO Latinoamérica.

We recently had a blast teaching students the importance of our planet on our boat trip, beach clean up, and watershed lesson! ⚓️

Students experienced hands-on education about the importance of environmental conservation, explored the vast ocean, and worked to in a beach cleanup 🌊

The watershed lessons were taught by 2 of our Youth Leadership Board Members, and they did a fantastic job! It’s so inspiring to see these individuals use their leadership skills and take action 👏

In our field trips with students, we often have first-hand sightings of these magnificent creatures that also call this planet home 🐋

Moments like these change a student’s life. They open our minds to the endless beauty that thrives in the oceanic world, and remind us why we do our part to 🐬
