Danny Beckett Jr founded Beckett Farms in 2013. Not as a traditional venture fund, accelerator, or an incubator, but at the intersection of all these things. We call it a hybrid startup farm. At Beckett Farms we cultivate ideas and turn the best ones into successful companies that attract both human and financial capital. At Beckett Farms we test a number of ideas in the following spaces: mobile, social, robotics, construction, E-commerce, 3D printing, maker, crowdfunding, real estate, medical, wearable computing, among others we have domain experience, strong connections, or find interesting. We partner with leading venture firms, angel groups, online platforms and other strategic investors and partners to provide the resources needed to maximize the potential of our companies. We have offices in San Francisco and Michigan and are exploring new offices in Miami, San Diego, and NYC. We are insanely focused on helping our companies win by providing advice and support with product and marketing, customer development, design and usability, online distribution, business metrics, and fundraising. In addition, Beckett Farms provides a full range of resources to our companies so that they have the support they need to rapidly introduce innovative products and services to the market. Resources include accompanying office services, development and technology, product and graphic design, marketing, financial advice, human resources, competitive research, legal, and accounting and business development support. Lastly, Beckett Farms provides advice on strategy, branding, corporate structure, and culture.
