Last night, we opened the doors to Amplified’s new home and celebrated alongside the Partners, nonprofit leaders, supporters, and friends who make this work possible.

We’re so grateful to everyone who joined us to celebrate 25 years of impact — and, even more importantly, the possibilities ahead. Our new space was built to bring people together, strengthen connections, and create even more opportunity for San Diego’s nonprofit community.

How do you protect a legacy of care when the landscape around you changes?

Our newest case study tells the story of a three-engagement partnership between Amplified and Palomar Family Counseling Service, Inc., one that evolved from strategic planning to organizational transformation as changes in public funding reshaped the organization's operating environment.

It's a story about embracing thoughtful planning, exploring every option, and making a mission-first decision that ensures children and families continue to receive the behavioral health services they need — while honoring decades of service and preparing for what's next.

Curiosity has the power to change lives, and for more than 50 years, the Fleet Science Center has inspired generations of learners to explore, question, and discover through hands-on science experiences.

From young children encountering for the first time to lifelong learners expanding their understanding of the world around them, Fleet helps make science accessible, engaging, and relevant for our entire community.

Now, we're proud to help play a role in growing that impact, with an operations-focused pro bono consulting engagement led by Amplified Partners Tom Watlington (Lead), Renee Zau, and Robert Hood.
