San Diego’s grand parade & festival celebrating Irish heritage & culture. Rain or shine! Slainte Patrick's Day parade and festival.

The Irish Congress of Southern California (ICSC) is a non-profit charitable organization created to produce the San Diego St. The event celebrates Irish heritage, culture, and the community in San Diego, CA since 1981. It is held every year, rain or shine, the Saturday before St. Patrick's Day at the corner of 6th and Laurel Streets. We need your help to produce the Parade and Festival. Sponsors, donations, and volunteers are greatly needed to ensure our continued success and celebration. A wonderful tribute to a kind and good man today at the Ould Sod - Brian McClellan. Brian passed away earlier this year. He was a founding member of the ICSC which puts on the St Patrick’s Day parade and festival since 1981. He served as parade chair multiple times, committee support, and Grand Marshall in 2025.

The Irish community and his heritage were very important to him and he was a great support. ☘️

Slainte, Brian! You are missed!
