We are thrilled to welcome Emily O’Barsky as the new Executive Director of the Child and Family Foundation, where she will support 1 Year to Empowerment and Crossroads Early Intervention!

Emily has been a valued part of 1 Year to Empowerment for the past three years, bringing her knowledge, dedication, and commitment to empowering youth and families in our community. With a Master’s degree in Counseling, Emily brings a wealth of experience in building community partnerships, creating meaningful opportunities, and connecting families with resources, and support to help them reach their goals.

We are so excited to now have Emily with us full-time and look forward to all she will bring to this new role.💙🎉
