Meet the Presenter for the next WLC conference:
Valerija Zienty is a pre-engineering teacher at Worcester Technical High School. She is passionate about making engineering hands-on, creative, and accessible to all students. Beyond the classroom, Valerie leads STEM enrichment opportunities including drone and robotics programs, giving students opportunities to design, build, troubleshoot, and compete. She especially enjoys creating engaging, real-world challenges that help students see themselves as engineers and problem-solvers. She has embraced artificial intelligence since its early emergence as a powerful educational tool, exploring how AI can enhance teaching, streamline everyday tasks, and inspire new possibilities in the classroom. In her current role, Tara leads strategic initiatives and AI & automation projects that shape how IMPACT Technologies operates from the inside out, and identifies opportunities to streamline, modernize, and support every team across the organization.

A born-and-raised Eastern Shore native and proud Wor-Wic Community College graduate, Tara is deeply rooted in her local community. She and her husband co-own a gym in Princess Anne, MD, and she is an active member of her church, where she serves in multiple ministries.
