We invite YOU to the 20th Anniversary African American Health Forum! Come out for vital health information and discussion with real clinicians. Free health screenings for hypertension, diabetes, glaucoma and skin cancer along with fluoride treatments with dental screenings. A free, healthy lunch will be available as well.
