Today, ASF partnered with local kayaker Coby from Friends of the Hillsborough River group to reopen a popular Tampa kayak launch. Coby’s been spearheading impactful trash cleanups along the Hillsborough River, but overgrown vegetation was blocking their access to continue cleaning. Together, we used ropes, anchors, and a whole lot of teamwork via jetski and canoe to clear a path from the park’s floating dock, restoring access for paddlers.💪
Huge shoutout to Coby and of the Hillsborough River for their continued conservation efforts—your work makes a difference for all of us! 💯
