Dear potential COB,
You could be asking yourself “is COB right for me??”. Taking the first step can be intimidating. You might be worried that you do not know anyone or you’re nervous to talk to people, or not even sure if sorority life is for you!
You don’t have to walk into recruitment knowing what you want, you don’t have to have everything figured out, you just have to show up for yourself and be you!
Recruitment isn’t about being the loudest, the most outgoing or having the perfect answer. It’s about meeting people, having conversations, and finding women who make you feel comfortable being yourself!
If you’ve been thinking about joining, but have been nervous to take the first step, let this be your sign to do it! Come be yourself, ask questions, laugh, and give yourself the chance to experience something new! We all started in your shoes and we understand how nerve-wracking it can be to do something alone, but we are here for you and come find your new home with Alpha Sigma Alpha!
