🌟 HONOREE SPOTLIGHT: DR. SANDRA LIANIE MOREAU — 2026 LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT RECIPIENT 🌟

Free Spirit Outreach Inc. is proud to honor Dr. Sandra Lianie Moreau with this year's Lifetime Achievement Award — recognizing a career devoted to education, mentorship, and community impact. 💛

Originally from Haiti and fluent in Haitian Creole and French, Dr. Moreau began her career in 1999 as an ESOL Teacher in the School District of Palm Beach County. Since then, she has served as a Teacher, Adjunct Professor, Reading Specialist, and Assistant Principal, and currently serves as Principal of Pioneer Park Elementary.

Under her leadership, the school achieved a hard-earned grade of B in 2025 — a milestone 20 years in the making — and is on track to repeat it in 2026. The school has also met all subgroup index requirements under the Every Student Succeeds Act for two of her five years as principal, and earned a Florida PBIS Model School Gold Award for 2024-2025. 🏫

A dedicated mentor, Dr. Moreau has helped grow countless staff into award-winning educators, including two Dwyer Award winners, a Dwyer Finalist, two Beginning Teacher of the Year Finalists, and a district Mentor Teacher of the Year. She has guided many individuals from teacher to coach, Assistant Principal, Specialist, and Principal, and supports the school district's Principal Induction Initiative by mentoring new principals.

Beyond education, Dr. Moreau is a published author of Dadoune Goes to School, the first in her Growing Up With Dadoune series inspired by her childhood in Saint Louis Du Nord, Haiti — showcased at book fairs across South Florida. She is also a Real Estate agent, a proud mother of three, grandmother, and a devoted member of a large, close-knit Haitian family. 📚✨

A lifetime of impact in the classroom and beyond — congratulations, Dr. Sandra Lianie Moreau, on this incredible honor! 🎉
