Join us on Sundays at 8 AM for guided Bird Walks led by Gahagan volunteer, Kathy!

These walks are weather-dependent—if conditions are rainy, the walk will be canceled. No registration is required.

We wanted to let our visitors know that recent weather has caused some tree damage at Gahagan. Our team is already hard at work clearing fallen branches and cleaning up.

If you choose to hike at the Preserve, please use caution as we continue to assess the trails —some paths may have debris or partially blocked sections. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue the cleanup process.

Due to the recent warm temperatures - we've got some icy trails out at the Preserve! We will be canceling our Snowshoe Hike + Winter Tree ID event scheduled for Saturday morning, Jan. 10th due to these unsafe conditions.

Please use caution if you choose to visit the Preserve.
