What a week! 🙌

SJC has wrapped up its 51st year and we still can’t believe it’s over already. This year we introduced new electives, witnessed fierce tug-of-war battles, and had one of the best skit nights in recent memory. We welcomed over 20 new campers and said goodbye (for now) to some lifelong SJC alumni. Whether it was your first year at camp or 10th, thank you all for making it so special.

In Part One of this series, former Director Doug Kim goes back to the beginning, from a Saturday morning language school in Detroit to the shores of Higgins Lake, and explains why one week a year has meant so much to so many Korean American kids.
