Every Wednesday at summer camp, Waguli Lodge hosts a special tradition called Waguli Watermelon Wednesday! April 17-19, 618 Arrowman across Section E6 came together at Moundville Archeological Park to participate in amazing trainings, quest games, and talypo at this years Conclave. We won 2nd place in Retention, and we also had 2 lodge members teaching a training at Conclave! We had such a fun time, thanks so much to Aracoma Lodge for doing an amazing job at hosting us, we can't wait for next year!!

March 6–8, Waguli held our annual Spring Gathering, and it was amazing! Two teams competed in various Olympic games for different prizes, and we had 12 new Brotherhood members inducted. The weekend was a big success, congratulations to our new Brotherhood members of Waguli Lodge! We can’t wait for next year!!

Scouting for Food is one of Scouting America’s best-known national service projects, carried out each year by councils across the country. The first national Scouting for Food drive began in 1986 as a National Good Turn, collecting more than 60 million food items that year alone. Since then, Scouts nationwide have continued the tradition of fighting hunger and serving their neighbors through this annual effort.

Scouts in the Northwest Georgia Council will take part once again, hitting the streets on Saturday, February 7, 2026, from 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM, to collect food for those in need and deliver it to local food banks across Northwest Georgia. Find out more info at the link in bio!!
