As a nonprofit, pay-what-you-can restaurant, NEST Cafe has all the same responsibilities and expenses of a traditional restaurant, but we rely on the larger community for support rather than solely the individual customers. We purchase more than 90% of our food, pay rent, utilities, insurance, kitchen supplies & equipment, staff, etc. If you like what we're doing & would like to support NEST Cafe, there are 2 fun ways to do that right now -
