We are a dedicated nonprofit organization focused on connecting vulnerable person, the community, and first responders through education and awareness. The S.A.V.E.S Project was established in 2025 by the Rochester police department to promote awareness and educate first responders, the community and the family or guardians of vulnerable person. Our goal with S.A.V.E.S is to foster a safer, more
compassionate community by developing a comprehensive and empathetic program. Through education, awareness and tailored engagement, we strive to build trust, ensure safety and promote inclusion of all vulnerable persons, honoring the dignity and unique needs of every individual.
