PSI-NH Chapter

It might just look like a handful of moms and babies meeting outside... fresh air, a few blankets, some snacks if we remembered them for ourselves.

But what’s actually happening is a little deeper than that.

It’s someone saying something out loud for the first time and realizing they’re NOT the only one.

It’s hearing “same” or seeing nodding, then feeling your shoulders drop a little.

It’s watching someone else be in the thick of it and recognizing yourself there.

It’s showing up as you are... tired, still figuring things out, not remembering the last time you showered calmly.

No pressure to have it together. No expectation to perform or be "thriving."

Just being in a space where nothing about this season has to be minimized or rushed.

Just being spontaneous and brave to have a field trip location before returning to the usual spot next week.

Community doesn’t fix everything.

But it can make this feel a whole lot less isolating.

And that matters more than most people expect.

Don't underestimate this 💚

💜 New monthly support group for moms — starting THIS Friday!

Our partners at Centro Latino de New Hampshire are launching Madre Feliz – Bebé Saludable (Happy Mom – Healthy Baby), a free support group for pregnant moms and moms with young children, facilitated in Spanish by a promotora de salud materna (maternal health promoter).

If you are pregnant, have had a baby in the last few years, or simply want to be in community with other moms who understand — this space is for you. Conversations, activities, and education to help you stay healthy in body and mind.
