Join us for Supporting Families’ Understanding of Dyslexia, School-Based Screening, and Instructional Supports, a FREE virtual workshop focused on helping families and professionals better understand dyslexia and the resources available to support children’s literacy needs.

Starbridge was honored to support and attend YWCA of Rochester & Monroe County's 20th Annual Empowering Women Luncheon today with special guest Venus Williams.

The theme, “Serving Strength. Building Futures,” set the stage for a conversation that went well beyond tennis. Venus spoke about starting over, finding your place in spaces where you may not feel you belong, and being willing to change when your first plan doesn’t work. She also spoke about the women in her own family who inspire her and the responsibility we all have to invest in others.

“Life is so much better when we give.”

That message stayed with us. Giving can mean sharing resources, but it also means making time, showing up, and using your voice to help someone else move forward.

Thank you to YWCA for bringing us together for this conversation and for 143 years of supporting women and families in our community. We were proud to be part of the day.
