Mother's Day might be over, but here at Adaptt, we celebrate moms every day. Join us, Saturday, May 16th at Adaptts Headquarters, 1425 Mt Read Blvd, Suite 15 (lower level) for one of our workshops.
10 am - Safe Baby, Strong Momma - this workshop is perfect for expectant mother's to mom's with babies under 1 year old. This workshop will cover:
- Tips on postpartum wellness
- Coping Strategies
- Newborn care
- Safe sleep education
- Local resources
Amazing giveaways, and lots of helpful tips.

Happy Mother’s Day from Adaptt Rochester! 🌸

Adaptt was born from the vision of mothers who believed that when we support one another, every woman can achieve her own unique, beautiful, and unlimited purpose.

Today, we celebrate the incredible community that brings this mission to life. We are deeply grateful to our dedicated Board of Directors, our tireless supporters, and the volunteers who pour their hearts into our work.

Most importantly, we celebrate the mothers and families we serve. Your resilience and strength are the reasons we continue to grow and provide:

Adaptt 100 Kids: Ensuring local youth have beds and a safe place to rest.

Complete Family Care: Providing essential clothing and household necessities.

Educational Workshops: Empowering parents through community-led learning.

Adaptt’s Healthy Start Rx: Building a foundation of health for our youngest neighbors.
