National Center for Advocacy and Recovery Inc. Promoting recovery through advocacy, education, public policy, and care coordination for substance use disorder, mental health and domestic violence NCAAR, Inc.

is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to advocacy efforts for individuals, families, and communities impacted by substance use disorder, mental health, and domestic violence. We sponsor a statewide initiative that assesses the needs of individuals and families while utilizing a continuum of treatment services to aid in their recovery, wellness, and safety. Additionally, NCAAR’s Public Af

fairs unit advocates for systemic changes in New Jersey policies and legislation to help individuals and communities obtain and sustain recovery and wellness.
