Robbinsville, Let’s Get Moving! 👟
Following the incredible energy of our last steps challenge, Aadhyatmik is back with another 14-Day Steps Challenge — September 7–20!
This challenge is designed for everyone, regardless of where you are on your fitness journey. Choose Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced, move at your own pace, stay consistent, and earn chances to win along the way. The goal isn’t to be the fastest or log the most steps — it’s to get Robbinsville moving together toward better health. 💚
A very special thank you to Dr. Jasmeet Mehta, who has done far more than help bring aadhyatmik’s vision of a healthier Robbinsville to life. Through her encouragement, enthusiasm, and those perfectly timed motivational nudges throughout our last two-week challenge, she developed and nurtured a vibrant community that motivates one another to keep moving. 🙏

Pratyush Majumdar, aadhyatmik youth leader, with his deep interest in Physics and Chemistry, took a remarkable step into the world of Small Satellite Research. His research paper was accepted at the 40th Annual Small Satellite Conference, bringing him among some of the brightest minds and graduate scholars in the field. 🛰️

As one of the youngest researchers present, Pratyush stood tall among accomplished scholars and researchers, proving that curiosity, perseverance, and a thirst for knowledge have no age limit.

What began as an interest in Physics and Chemistry has now opened the doors to an exciting journey into space, small satellites, and the endless possibilities of STEM. Congratulations Pratyush! Keep shining!

🇮🇳 Happy 80th India Independence Day! 🇮🇳

aadhyatmik was founded here in Robbinsville, NJ, but our connection to India remains an important part of who we are. Heritage is one of aadhyatmik’s key pillars — not simply to celebrate where we come from, but to understand what we carry forward.

India has given the world yoga, mindfulness, meditation, ayurveda, transformative ideas in mathematics and science, rich traditions of literature and the arts, architecture and profound philosophical thought. It is the birthplace of the major Dharmic religions — Hinduism, Buddhism, Jainism and Sikhism — traditions that have influenced billions across generations.

For our next generation, India Independence Day is an opportunity to understand these roots, honor the courage and sacrifice that secured India’s freedom, and ask: What will we contribute to the world?

Know your roots. Be proud of your heritage. Use it to serve, inspire and build a better future. 🇮🇳🇺🇸

Impact rarely comes without overcoming challenges. In this conversation with IGNITE youth leaders, Dave Fried shares the story behind Pay It Forward, the initiative he is most proud of from his time as Mayor, and the obstacles, he had to overcome to turn an idea into meaningful help for people in need. Ashna Dubey, aadhyatmik youth board member, competed at the National Matches for the second consecutive year as one of the few girls selected to represent New Jersey. At the event, she placed first in the High Junior G***k category and second in the Women’s category.

Inspired by her family’s long history in law enforcement, Ashna was drawn to the sport of marksmanship, which requires discipline and responsibility. As one of relatively few young women in competitive shooting, she is proud to represent female shooters at the national level.

The experience gave Ashna the opportunity to compete alongside civilian and military shooters from across the country. She hopes to inspire other junior shooters - especially girls - to explore the sport.

What started as a pilot has turned into something far bigger than we envisioned! 🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️❤️ Our inaugural aadhyatmik Steps Challenge has been a tremendous success—bringing our community together, inspiring healthier habits, and showing us what’s possible when wellness becomes a shared journey. A huge thank you to Dr. Jasmeet Mehta for taking ownership and executing this initiative so exceptionally well. Your leadership is helping establish Wellness as a key pillar of aadhyatmik and turning that vision into real community impact. And we’re not stopping here! 🎉
