This week we were honored to witness Norman "Spike" Wilson, a member of the CHEP team, receive his quilt of valor.

Norman proudly served in Germany and Fort Benning from 1979 to 1984 as a cook. We are incredibly grateful for his service to our country and honored to have him as a part of our team. If you see Norman at the Outpost, make sure to thank him for his service and congratulate him on this award!

We are also incredibly grateful for organizations like the Quilt of Valor Foundation who are dedicated to honoring our veterans ❤️

At the Outpost, we LOVE our customers!

We love our customers because you are a part of our team. When you choose to shop at the Outpost, you're choosing to support our veterans and join us in the fight against veteran homelessness. We know there are a lot of places you could go, and we're honored you come here ❤️

And let's just say when you walk into the Outpost you FEEL the love! Our staff works hard to make sure everyone coming into the store is treated with kindness. Whether they're behind the counter or back in the donation room, our team is working to create an environment that you want to be in.

Haven't visited the Outpost yet? We would love to see you! One of our regulars? Share a favorite memory from the Outpost in the comments ⬇️

Last week, our CHEP veterans visited the Outpost!
It was a great time of community and getting to know one another, and we were able to send them off with clothes, housewares, and other essential items! Many of our veterans were able to find winter clothes that will help keep them warm in the coming months- and it's all because of your support! So, we just want to say a big THANK YOU to all who donate, shop, and volunteer with us for making days like this possible.
