Huge thanks to NEMARC for recognizing CBRA's Field Day performance this year! We received this awesome certificate for smashing through the 1,000+ QSO milestone.

​NEMARC is a top-tier contesting club out of Bel Air, MD, known for their incredible skill and zero-pressure, welcoming attitude toward teaching new contesters. They award these certificates to celebrate major milestones, and we are incredibly proud to hold one of the rare Gold levels!

Yesterday, the CBRA repeater maintenance team climbed 190' on another tower to install antennas and feedlines for yet another receive site to help improve the coverage of the WA3SFJ repeater.

Meshcore and Meshtastic repeaters were also installed while the team was up there.

The World Radiosport Team Championship will be held this weekend, July 11-12. This event only takes place once every 4 years and is being hosted by the UK this year.

Another annual Field Day event is in the books! Everyone had a great time as always operating the radios, eating, joking around, and cheering each other on!

These maps show the contacts made during the Field Day event this past weekend.

Take a special look at the WA3SFJ-GOTA map. That was our "Get On The Air" station. Every one of those contacts were made by visitors that have no amateur radio license (yet), youth, or recently licensed and never operated on the HF bands. Great Job!!
