Light of Christ. Love in Action. Life Together.
Three simple statements that say a great deal about who we are at Bethlehem and, more importantly, whose we are.
We are people who have been brought into the Light of Christ. Not because we have everything figured out, but because Jesus meets us in our sin, gives us His forgiveness, and calls us His own.
We are called to put Love in Action. Not to earn God's favor, but because we have already received it. Whether we're teaching children, caring for a neighbor, serving our community, or encouraging someone through a difficult season, our faith has a place in everyday life.
And we are blessed with Life Together. Different ages, backgrounds, experiences, and stories, gathered around the same Word and Sacraments. We share joys, carry burdens, ask questions, grow in faith, and remind one another of God's promises.
None of this begins with us. It begins with what God has done for us in Jesus Christ.
That's the heart of Bethlehem. Not a perfect congregation, but a people gathered by Christ, growing in His Word, and learning each day what it means to love and serve those He has placed around us.
