Sunday we walk! It's hard to believe the Doc Walk is in its 3rd year and with it being the last one we expect it to be the best! The event will begin promptly at 10:00 am with the Dad's Night band starting shortly thereafter.

This year will be a celebration of life for all. We will have rocks on hand and invite you to write a loved ones name on it. There will be a special place in the park for these to go.

The walk will once again take place around the pond. Make sure to stop by Sheeraz's bench along the way. We will have ducks for sale with all proceeds going towards a scholarship fund in Sheeraz's name we are starting. You will get a raffle ticket with each purchase or donation. We have some great prizes again this year.

We look forward to seeing everyone on Sunday!

We are a little over a week away where the Duck Pond will transform into the Doc Pond one last time.

This year will be a celebration of life for all. We will have rocks on hand and invite you to write a loved ones name on it. There will be a special place in the park for these to go.

The ducks are back and will be available for purchase.
We are selling raffle tickets and have some great prizes!

All money raised will go towards a scholarship we are setting up in Sheeraz's name that will be given out each year via the Dad's Night organization.

We will also unveil a reflection tree that will be planted soon. This is meant to be a place for anyone to come and remember a loved one.

We look forward to seeing everyone on Sunday, June 1.

The ducks are back again this year! Like the last 2 years, the money raised will be donated and we will share soon what the plan for that is. Look forward to seeing everyone on June 1 from 10:00 - 1:00 pm at the Saddle River Duck Pond in Ridgewood!

Good morning! Wilkes Deli located at 4 S Pleasant Ave in Ridgewood is partnering with us this year by donating their proceeds for all orders of the "Dr. Iqbal Special" which Sheeraz ordered frequently. Stop in and grab a sandwich that Sheeraz loved! We are 15 days away from what will be the final Doc Walk and hope to see you on June 1 from 10 am - 1 pm at the Saddle River Duck Pond. More info to come in the next few days about the full event.

Such a special day yesterday. Thanks to everyone who came out and supported the 2nd Annual Doc Walk. A heartfelt thank you to Stop & Shop for the donations and the Dad’s Night band for an amazing 2 hour set! We will be back again in May 2025 so stay tuned for more information!

Tomorrow the Duck Pond transforms into the Doc Pond! This year we are raising money for the Kelly Creegan Memorial Foundation. With your donation you can choose between a duck or wristband both of which are new versions for this year. You will also receive a raffle ticket that give you the opportunity to win some amazing prizes including tickets to Disney!!

We will be on hand starting at 9 am and you can find us under the gazebo.

Event will kickoff at 10:00 am with opening remarks and then we walk! We look forward to seeing everyone tomorrow to celebrate the life of Sheeraz Iqbal.

About the Kelly Creegan Memorial Foundation - Founded in 2012, the Kelly Creegan Memorial Foundation, was created to share the memory, life and spirit of Kelly Creegan. Created by her family and friends to scatter kindness throughout the community and honor her memory.

Good morning! We are 11 days away from the 2nd Annual Doc Walk and look forward to seeing everyone on June 8!

Good morning. Sharing additional details about the Doc Walk on Saturday, June 8 at 10 am at the Saddle River Duck Pond located at 1133 E Ridgewood Ave, Ridgewood, NJ.
- The walk this year will take place inside the park. You can walk as much or as little as you'd like around the trail that surrounds the pond. As you circle the pond, you can also visit Sheeraz’s park bench that sits near the playground.
- We are accepting donations with the funds going to the Kelly Creegan Memorial Fund. With your donation, you will receive a raffle ticket where you’ll have the chance to win various items including tickets to Disney.
- The collectable ducks and bracelets are back again this year and can be had for a small donation.
- The Dad's Night will be performing again and their set will kick off as the walk begins.
We look forward to seeing everyone in a few weeks!
