Take the next step in VTCA’s Dig & Develop leadership series with Support and Challenge for Construction Leaders, an in-person, half-day workshop at the VTCA Training Room in Richmond.
This hands-on session goes beyond the webinar format, giving attendees the chance to work through real leadership situations, identify how they respond under pressure, and practice specific ways to better balance support and challenge with the people they lead.
