"As I drive through Redlands neighborhoods and my own, I've noticed more and more real estate signs from agents who appear to be based outside our community (Redlands). I've noticed this more in the last two years. In fact, in my neighborhood, there are four homes for sale, and not one is listed by a local agent. Two are from LA, one Morneo Valley, and one from the OC. It made me wonder: Why are so many Redlanders choosing out-of-town agents to sell their homes? I know many local real estate professionals who actively support Redlands schools, nonprofits, youth programs, and community events. Why do you think so many homeowners choose agents from outside the area rather than those who are investing their time and resources back into our community?"

If you look closely, you can see the replacement pavement. 2.07 miles of track were removed, and the line ended at the SunKist packing plant on San Bernardino Avenue.

Pictured in the right corner: Mile High Curry's Ice Cream, a longtime Redlands favorite that many residents remember from downtown Redlands in the 1950s, 1960s, and 1970s.
