"Six years ago, we started a crazy dream called Batter Rebellion.

What a ride it has been. BLESSINGS REDLANDS

Together we’ve served thousands of plates of brunch (because… BRUNCH, HEYO! 🍳🧇), poured countless drinks, laughed through trivia nights, sang our hearts out at karaoke, and created memories we’ll never forget.

We’ve weathered COVID, protests, inflation, supply chain issues, and every high and low that comes with owning a small business. Through it all, one thing never changed—this incredible community. You showed up, supported us, celebrated with us, and became part of the Batter Rebellion family.

As difficult as it is to say goodbye to this chapter, we truly believe it’s time for a fresh start.

Over the next two weeks, we’d love nothing more than to celebrate with all of you one last time. Come enjoy our DJ Brunches, Saturday night parties, and help us send Batter Rebellion off the only way we know how—with great food, great drinks, great music, and amazing people. Last day will be Aug 23rd.

This isn’t the end.

It’s the beginning of something bold, fresh, and incredibly exciting for Redlands.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for believing in us over the last six years. We can’t wait to show you what we’ve been working on and create a whole new generation of memories together.

Pruning Stone-Fruit Trees Workshop!

Redlands Conservancy's Native Plant Garden Coordinator at Asistencia and Master Gardener Betty Richards has another workshop planned for enthusiasts. On Saturday, August 8, Betty will guide participants to correctly prune stone-fruit trees so they increase production. We will meet at 9 AM at the front gate of Asistencia and the workshop will take about 2 hours. Bring a water bottle and wear shoes that you can use with our shovel. This workshop is free and open to the public, at Historic Asistencia, 26930 Barton Road.

FRIDAY Redlands Bowl Performing Arts AUGUST 7: The Doo W*p Project Featuring five dynamic Broadway stars, this show gives old-school Doo W*p classics a fresh new twist and reimagines contemporary songs by hit makers like Daft Punk, Chris Stapleton and Taylor Swift as Doo W*p classics.

All performances begin at 8 p.m. and are held Tuesdays and Fridays, as well as select Thursdays and weekends, throughout the summer. Performances run approximately 90 minutes with an intermission. No admission is charged. No reservations are needed. Seating is first-come, first-served. Free-will offering will be collected at intermission.
