We seek to discover, develop, share, and educate with Kevin’s enthusiastic words of discovery:
You’ve got to check this out! We are committed to exploring the frontiers of technolog
y, alternative media, and social networks that advance new artists and art forms. The Foundation is incorporated as a non-profit educational corporation for public benefit. Outreach Programs: The Foundation engages current and future generations of creative communities through its Sponsorship and Education programs. The Sponsorship Program identifies one or more promising artists or creative professionals who use technology in novel ways to inspire or advance the fields of popular arts, videography, photography, game design, writing, and social media. Selected individuals are sponsored for attendance at a major industry convention and networking event. Travel, lodging, and convention fees for sponsored individuals are paid by the Foundation. The sponsored individual is provided with an opportunity to display, sell, or promote their work at a booth on the convention floor, along with opportunities for meetings with other creators, artists, publishers, and notable professionals in their creative field. The Educational Program inspires and informs future generations of artists and creative professionals through presentations and skills development seminars given at high schools, vocational programs, and community centers. The Foundation focuses on bringing mentors in contact with at-risk and disadvantaged children with the aim of maximizing each child’s opportunity to pursue work in or be inspired by the fields of popular arts, videography, photography, game design, writing, and social media. Mentors are selected for their demonstrated capability to inspire, innovate, and create important works in the fields of interest to the Foundation. All events sponsored by the Educational Program provide instructional services and materials at no cost to the participating children, school, vocational program, or community center.
