Who’s Sitting Next To You? Sean Greene

If you’re lucky, you’ll find yourself sitting next to Sean Greene from Services, based out of Carlsbad. Sean’s a guy who has been in the employee benefit space for almost 20 years, starting his career working with Metlife and UnitedHealthcare in the Big Apple. Having worked on both the insurance carrier side of the industry and as a broker for Morrison, he brings an incredible perspective to every client. “I want to always provide concierge-level service in an industry that seems to have forgotten what service is,” he reports.
“Working with the large insurance carriers was an amazing experience,” Sean tells us “but it made me realize that being part of a local company where I can truly help businesses is the right path for me.” Having gotten to know Jim Morrison along the way (the insurance guy, not the lead singer from The Doors) and recognizing that they shared a mindset on what success looks like, Sean quickly understood that joining Morrison Insurance was the most logical long-term-fit for him.
Atop his insurance experience, Sean has layered years of industry knowledge from the National Association of Health Underwriters (now the National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals), where he did a stint as president of the local chapter and participated at the statewide level. He’s a past-board member of the Association of Corporate Growth, has spent years with Provisors, and remains active with the Poway Chamber of Commerce. Add to that providing free strategic planning advice to a wide range of non-profits needing help with their fundraising, and … well, let’s just say Sean is a busy guy.
And when he’s not doing all that and helping CRT clients maximize their insurance knowledge base, Sean stays active keeping up with his three kids or sneaking out to the golf course.
