Kicking the year off right
Last week’s bi-annual gathering of professionals and mentors presented an amazing occasion to meet, greet, and share professional experiences and opportunities.
Surrounded by the luxury of the Fairbanks Ranch Country Club and enjoying a sumptuous meal, scores of clients, members and mentors in every possible industry and discipline gathered from CRT, YPO Gold, and EO to learn, educate, and enjoy each other’s company.
Beginning with an in-depth assessment of the mentoring process and the extensive – and profitable - results each mentee has received, the floor was then opened to a series of insightful questions and comments.
Upon completion of the evening, attendees were abuzz with the possibilities of how their respective businesses or non-profits could benefit from a Chairmen’s RoundTable mentorship. Even before the lights had gone out for the evening, numerous applications had already been submitted online, with an equal number in place before the week was out.
Given the intense interest among the evening’s participants, one question that arose was how many client openings would be available to them. And while several new mentors have recently joined the ranks of CRT, opportunities for this free business mentoring service may still be limited.
