Staying on top of your monthly self breast checks can be a lifesaver. By making it a regular part of your routine, you empower yourself to detect any changes early and take control of your health. Here’s your monthly reminder to !

☀️ Begin by examining your breasts in a mirror, with your hands resting at your sides and then raised above your head.
👙 Use the pads of your fingers to gently feel for any unusual changes around the breasts and armpits.
🍉 Look for lumps, hardened knots, or any other noticeable changes.
⛱️ Keep an eye out for signs of swelling, redness, or skin dimpling.
🕶️ Check for any changes in the ni***es, including their appearance, texture, or any discharge.

Bring up any changes or concerns to your doctor, it just may save your life!
