🧡 What if the rental housing industry could do more than provide homes?

What if it could also open doors to career opportunities, education, stability, and a brighter future?

That’s the heart of Copper Circle.

We believe in a world where doors are open to stable housing and career opportunities for all. Through the generosity, skills, and resources of the rental housing industry, Copper Circle works to build stronger communities — supporting professional development while also helping address homelessness.

Because behind every apartment community is a team of people. And behind every family looking for stability is a story.

Copper Circle exists to help create more opportunities for both. 🧡

Over the next few weeks, we’re sharing more about who we are and what we do.
Follow along. Learn more. Get involved.

And if Copper Circle’s mission speaks to you, consider being part of it with a donation.

🧡 Together, we can open more doors.

Meet those who serve and lead Copper Circle: Bill McKeown | Board Member

Bill shares why he supports Copper Circle and thinks you should too: “As a vendor for the rental housing industry, I see first-hand how hard people in the industry work to support their residents and make properties welcoming, community-based places. Copper Circle is focused on two programs I place a lot of importance on. The first is industry education for people within the rental housing industry. The second is helping people who have unfortunately experienced homelessness make the transition into safe, affordable homes.

I feel fortunate to have lived a life in which I've been able to build experiences, and I want to offer that to Copper Circle's mission. To me, it's about supporting opportunity, growth, dignity, and full participation in life and community.

Copper Circle is a worthwhile, volunteer-run organization with an outstanding group of members who care deeply about the mission. We welcome others to reflect on what they can give and consider joining our team.”

🎉 What happens when our industry comes together with a shared commitment to education?

More than $29,000 raised for scholarships! 🎓

The 2026 Copper Circle Reverse Trade Show was a HUGE success! With 25 supplier partners and nearly two dozen management companies coming together, the morning was filled with fast-paced networking, meaningful connections, new partnerships, and plenty of energy!

Our five-minute “speed-date” format gave suppliers the opportunity to connect directly with decision-makers, while management companies discovered new products, services, and partners to support their communities.

And the best part? More than $29,000 after expenses will go directly toward Copper Circle scholarships, helping support education and professional development across our industry. ❤️

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who participated, sponsored, supported, and helped make this event possible. Your continued support of Copper Circle and its mission to invest in the future of our industry means so much!

We connected. We collaborated. We gave back. And we had a whole lot of fun doing it! 🎉
