At Arts Together, we have watched it happen for more than 40 years. A student walks in unsure of themselves, and the arts give them a reason to believe.

Confidence is one of our four core values, and it is one of the most powerful gifts the arts can offer at any age. Our students range from toddlers to adults in their 80s, and across every class, every discipline, and every stage of life, we see the same beautiful thing happen. People grow into themselves.

The preschool years are when children learn how to be in community with others. At Arts Together, the arts play a central role in that growth.

Through collaborative art projects and dramatic play, our students practice working together, managing their emotions, building empathy, and navigating social interactions in ways that feel safe, creative, and fun.

Social-emotional development isn't a side benefit of arts integration. It's baked right in.

Take two hours this summer to invest in yourself.

Arts Together is excited to offer the Pelvic Floor Restore Workshop, a focused and empowering experience for adults 18 and up led by instructor Tiffany Ingersoll.

This workshop combines targeted exercises to build pelvic floor strength and stability with myofascial release techniques using therapy balls to release tension and encourage deep relaxation. You will also leave with a self-care toolkit to support your pelvic floor health long after the workshop ends.

The Rainbow Dance Company is now accepting auditions for the 2026–2027 season - and we would love to see you on the floor!

RDC is a multi-generational modern dance company, with members ranging in age from 10 to 70+. We are looking for passionate, creative, and collaborative dancers who are ready to be part of something special.

Audition details:
🌈 Saturday, June 6
🕐 2:00 – 4:00 PM
👥 Ages 13 and up
📍 Arts Together | 114 Saint Mary’s St, Raleigh, NC 27605

Dancers will warm up, learn a combination to perform in small groups, and take part in guided improvisation and collaborative choreography. Two years of modern dance are recommended. Please wear fitted dance attire, bring a water bottle, and plan to dance barefoot.
