This Thankful Thursday, we have an extra special reason to be grateful! Please join us in giving a warm Horses for Hope welcome to our new Hunter/Jumper Riding Instructor, Amanda! 🐎✨

Amanda brings over 30 years of equestrian experience, having grown up competing on the A-rated show circuit. Today, she owns her own farm, trains horses, rides for clients, and shares her knowledge with riders throughout the community.

What makes Amanda’s journey especially meaningful is her desire to spend this next chapter of her career giving back and inspiring the next generation of equestrians. 💙

She believes riding is about so much more than what happens in the saddle. It’s about building confidence, developing character, celebrating small victories, and helping every rider discover what they’re capable of achieving.

Amanda is excited to meet our riders, encourage our kids, and watch them grow—not just as equestrians, but as individuals.

🌟 At Horses for Hope, we believe great instructors don’t just teach riders how to ride. They help them find their courage, believe in themselves, and reach for dreams they never thought possible.

🌸 Meet Annie — 19 Years Young & Full of Sass! 🌸

Don’t let her age fool you! At 19 years young, Annie still has plenty of sass, personality, and opinions to share! 👑🐴

This sweet girl LOVES being pampered! Whether it’s a good grooming session, extra scratches, or simply being the center of attention, Annie is always happy to soak up the love. 💕

🍎🥕 Her newest job title? Official Horse Charcuterie Taste Tester! Annie takes her responsibilities very seriously, making sure every horse charcuterie creation her mom puts together gets her stamp of approval! 😂

✨ FUN FACT: Annie is also a proud mama! Her baby, Lumos, was born right here on the farm last year! 🐴💙

From raising the next generation to keeping everyone on their toes with her sassy personality, Annie is one special lady and a beloved member of our Horses for Hope herd!

🌿 Sunday Gratitude 🌿

Today we’re giving a heartfelt thank-you to Steven, owner of Burge Landscapes, who volunteered his time this past week to clean up our pastures and spread seed at the farm! 🐴💚

Steven shared his skills and put in the hard work to help care for the place our horses and riders call home. As a business owner, his time is valuable, and we’re so grateful he chose to give some of it to Horses for Hope.

Our mission grows stronger through the kindness of people like you. Thank you, Steven, for helping our farm—and our community—grow! 🌱

🐴 **RIDING INSTRUCTORS WANTED** 🐴

**Horses for Hope** is looking for experienced, dependable, and enthusiastic **Riding Instructors** to join our lesson program!

We are a **501(c)(3) nonprofit lesson barn** seeking instructors who are available to teach **weekly riding lessons/classes** on a consistent basis.

✨ **What We’re Looking For:**
• Prior riding instruction experience **required**
• Strong horsemanship and horse-handling skills
• Ability to safely teach riders of varying ages and skill levels
• Dependable, professional, and comfortable working independently
• Passion for creating a positive, encouraging environment for riders
• Must carry **your own professional liability insurance**

💰 **Position:** Independent Contractor
📅 **Schedule:** Weekly classes/lessons
💵 **Compensation:** Contracted rate based on experience and schedule
