During this week’s Chapter Leadership Summit, our Chapter President and 1st Vice President had the opportunity to reconnect with the current New Jersey class from Session 297. Our Executive Board joined the class for dinner at the highly sought-after Fahrenheit 132 restaurant in Fredericksburg, VA.

Moments like these allow our leadership to stay connected and engaged with our current New Jersey class as they complete their journey at the FBI National Academy.

Congratulations to our New Jersey Chapter Sergeant-at-Arms, Chief Jeff Angermeyer (Session 283), on being sworn in as Chief of Detectives for the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office at a public ceremony held on February 26, 2026 at Felician University in Lodi, NJ.

Chief Angermeyer was previously sworn in as Sergeant-at-Arms for the New Jersey Chapter during our February 19th First Quarterly Business Meeting. We are proud to recognize his continued leadership and service to the law enforcement community.

Great night at our First Quarterly Business Meeting at The Addison Park! ✨

Nearly 200 attendees came together for an evening of great food, drinks, music, and—most importantly—powerful networking.

Congratulations to Chief Joseph Murphy on being sworn in as our 2026 Chapter President, along with our Executive Board and the New Jersey graduates of the 296 Session who were officially welcomed into the Chapter. 👏

A special congratulations to Police Chief Joseph Murphy of the Wildwood Police Department (259th Session) on being sworn in as the 2026 New Jersey Chapter President. We also extend our sincere appreciation to Chief Ted Wittke (ret.) for his outstanding leadership and dedicated service as our 2025 Chapter President.
