In our Dual Language Program, we see every day how diversity is a strength and bilingualism is a gift.

Hoy honramos las historias, el esfuerzo y las contribuciones de las personas migrantes en todo el mundo — familias que traen consigo idiomas, tradiciones y sueños que enriquecen nuestras comunidades.

All schools in the PSD are CLOSED December 17 due to prolonged power outages.

❌ Impacts:
• No out-of-district transportation.
• No Right At School childcare.
• All full-day and before/after school childcare is canceled.
• After-school and evening activities are canceled unless otherwise noted.

🚨 2-HOUR LATE START – DEC. 17 🚨

All schools in the Puyallup School District will operate on a 2-HOUR LATE START SCHEDULE for Dec. 17, due to widespread power outages.

⏰ Schedule Impacts:
• All before-school activities will begin 2-hours late.
• No AM or Extended Day Preschool.
• No AM Summit/IAES.
• Before school childcare programs through Right At School will operate 2-hours late, opening at 8:30 a.m.
• No breakfast; lunch will be served.
• No out-of-district transportation, including Everdriven, A&A, and Around the Sound.

🏫 Puyallup Digital Learning:
• POA classes will begin at 10 a.m.
• P4 classes 11 a.m.

⚠️ The district may also cancel after school activities, athletics and extra-curricular events due to inclement weather on 2-hour late start days.
