Every year, thousands of Rhode Island students receive the school supplies they need to start the school year ready to learn and succeed. But it wouldn't be possible without volunteers like you!

For 27 years, our community has come together to help Rhode Island students start the school year prepared and confident. In the past 10 years alone, we’ve provided more than 150,000 backpacks filled with school supplies to students and families across the state. But we can’t do it without you.

In the past 10 years alone, the Back to School Celebration of Rhode Island has distributed more than 150,000 backpacks filled with school supplies to students across the state. That means tens of thousands of Rhode Island children have walked into their first day of school feeling prepared, confident, and supported by their community.
