Disciple Makers Increase - DMI

Helping ordinary people impact nations. We are so glad you are here! We believe ordinary people have the power to impact nations. They aren't complicated.

Disciple Makers Increase (DMI) exists to serve Jesus-followers, primarily from the Global South (Asia, Africa, and Latin America), as they engage in missions and grow into effective disciple-makers who multiply among the unreached. Jesus' disciples did, and so can you! The harvest is ripe, and God's prepared a unique place for you in His mission. Contrary to what you might think, there are simple steps you can take to dramatically increase Kingdom fruitfulness. What can be hard to find is an engaged community of fellow travelers passionately pursuing the same Kingdom goals. That is what DMI does. In DMI programs; we train, coach, mentor, and create a community of like-minded friends. It's so much easier to move forward together! More information on our courses can be found here: https://courses.disciplemakersincrease.org

We look forward to connecting with you!

The harvest is plentiful. 🌾

Today in DMI, believers were reminded that disciple-making begins with prayer, obedience, and faith. As they continue investing in others, we trust God to bring growth and multiplication in ways only He can.

🙏 Join us in praying for more workers in the harvest.

What reminder do you need to see every day? ✨

Cynthia keeps one simple note where she can read it daily:

"Rest in God's love. Bear much fruit."

For pastors, disciple-makers, and anyone serving Jesus, it's a reminder that lasting fruit doesn't come from striving—it comes from abiding.

👇 If you could put one truth on a sticky note, what would it say?

We often assume that deeper discipleship means adding more content, more training, and more complexity.

But what if that's slowing multiplication?

In this clip, Cynthia shares why she intentionally modeled simple prayers and simple storytelling—so others could immediately do the same.

For pastors and church leaders in the West, this is a challenging question:
If only trained leaders can reproduce your discipleship model, how easily can it multiply?

Sometimes the most powerful ministry tools are also the simplest.
👇 What could your church simplify to help more people make disciples?
