Looking for artists!

The City of Savage is seeking proposals from experienced artists living in Minnesota to design and install a permanent 8’ x 14’ mural on the outside wall of our public library. The goal of this mural is to celebrate the diversity of our community. Proposals are due by 4 p.m. on November 15.
