Meet Bonnie and Clyde! They have a very sad story, however we hope it will have an incredibly happy ending!
When their owner died last year, a neighbor took them in, with the intention of breeding them. However we are told that when they didn't produce puppies, they then turned them loose into the streets to fend for themselves.
They then took up residence inside an ambulance motor that had a large hole in it. The good folks at C&M Truck Repair, tried for months and months to get assistance to help trap them, but met with crickets. We were contacted to assist recently and we are thrilled to report that we were all able to get them successfully trapped over the last 2 days, and being reunited tonight in the bathtub to wash off nearly a year's worth of dirt and grime.
They are quite shy and shutdown understandably from the ordeal they've just survived, but theyre in good hands now and we will get them cleaned up, groomed and vetted and finally into loving arms where they will never be subjected to this inhumanity again!
