Community Rabies Clinic

Some moments in veterinary medicine remind us why community matters so much. Saturday, 10/3, we’ll be at the Princeton Public Library for our annual Rabies Clinic — an event that not only keeps pets safe, but also helps support the BEAR Fund, our clinic’s charitable program that provides lifesaving medical care for pets facing emergencies.

When you bring your pet for their rabies vaccine, you’re doing more than protecting your own family — you’re helping another family in our community during one of their hardest moments.

Rabies vaccines are $15, and all cats and dogs must be on a leash or in a carrier.

Thank you for being part of a community that looks out for one another. 💙🐾

📣SPREAD THE WORD📣

We receive calls frequently from pet owners searching for low cost vaccinations for their pets. These vaccines are SO important! That's why we are excited to share this post.

Not only is Sakura Pet Wellness making these vaccines affordable but they are also donating all proceeds to Mercer County Humane Society! How great is that!
We spend thousands and thousands of dollars on our financial assistance for emergency vetting and Spring Spay/Neuter voucher programs. As we are an all-volunteer group relying solely on grants and donations, we are beyond thrilled and truly thankful to Sakura Pet Wellness for going the extra mile for our community and MCHS!

Update on our next charitable vaccine event that will be at the Mercer County Fair - West Virginia to benefit the Mercer County Humane Society! Due to weekend admission fees to get into the fair, we have decided to set up on July 31st due to 8am-12pm being free admission into the fair.

All proceeds made from vaccinations will go to the Mercer County Humane Society.

We will be doing the following vaccinations:
Rabies $6
DAPP $14
FVRCP $14
*while supplies last

HomeAgain Microchipping will also be offered for $50

We will be doing a raffle for a free exam with a free nail trim, and $50 credit to use for future visits.
🎟️ $2 per ticket

🐾 Even if your pet can't make it, we will be set up 8am-4pm with fun small games for a chance to win some Sakura Swag like leashes and collapsable lids for pet food cans. We will also have Pet Odor Exterminator products for sale!

MCHS supports the military 100% and supports ALL they do! Huge thank you! If you have ideas for distracting your pets from the trauma of fireworks, please comment for our followers.
