Pickup is on Tuesdays & Thursdays, June 16 – July 23 | 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. at the Haven Recreation building, Haven Street.

Diakon Community Services is administering the 2026 Senior Farm Market Nutrition Program in Schuylkill County.

To eligible residents of Schuylkill County. To qualify, individuals must:
Be 60 years of age or older by December 31, 2026
Reside in Schuylkill County
Meet income guidelines:
$29,526 or less for a one-person household
$40,034 or less for a two-person household
(Income includes interest, wages, Social Security, unemployment, and similar sources.)

Important Notes:
No application is needed.
Only one set of vouchers is distributed per eligible person per year.
Eligible Schuylkill County residents must present ID.

A huge thank you to all the families who attended today's food distribution!

We apologize for having fewer volunteers available today. Several of our volunteers have returned to college to work on their master's degrees, some are coaching, and others had prior commitments. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding.

We hope the large amount of food distributed today helps make a difference for your family. For anyone who missed today's distribution, we will be providing emergency food assistance as needed.

As many of you know, distribution of farm market vouchers will begin June 16.

HOWEVER, much prep work goes on behind the scenes prior to distribution.

11 people (sorry, forgot to take a picture on Friday) volunteered 112 hours to help prepare.

Thank you so much! I repeat….where would we be without our volunteers.

(And distribution has additional volunteers/hours!)
