It is with great sadness that we report the passing of Gary "Goggles" Head at the age of 35. He leaves behind a wife and three children and a large void in the Joe community that we don't believe can ever be filled. When we were still having our annual meets, Gary actually approached us and offered to bring the Declassified booth to Pennsylvania, despite it being a fledgling gathering. It is unfortunate that events unfolded that would not allow that to happen, and now even more tragic with his passing. Rest in peace.

BREAKING NEWS: To cater more specifically to our fans' needs, we are splitting the news coverage typically posted on this page into two different pages:

THIS PAGE will continue to cover events (past, present, and future) in and around Pennsylvania. Instead of being a page that only provides you with information from the Admins, please consider this page as a community/group page.

We encourage you to post any news or events occurring within the Keystone State (e.g., Retro Con, Steel City Con, Wizard World Philadelphia, etc.) and any G.I. Joe-related experiences that you've had (e.g., Did you get a great deal or find your Holy Grail at a local toy show or flea market/garage sale? Where do you plan to see the G.I. Joe: Retaliation movie? Do you know of a great comic book store in your area that sells Joe comics and back issues? etc.). We look forward to hearing from you!

THE NEW PAGE, titled "Reboot's G.I. Joe Situation Reports", will follow the adventures of Coalcracker's Telecommunications Specialist as he travels across North America either solo or with a partner "best suited for the mission". You've already gotten a glimpse into Reboot's special missions at the 2010 Canadian Joe Convention and Las Vegas, Nevada, so don't miss his further adventures!

To help encourage the growth of Reboot's fanbase, he will be hosting contests now and then for current users who have already "liked" the page. The prizes for these contents will consist of G.I. Joe merchandise. The 2010 CJC and LV albums have already been reposted on this page, and he will have a guest poster give us a first look at downtown Indianapolis shortly, which may be helpful for those of you who plan to attend JoeCon 2013.
